Sagal Salad Osman, who worked for the state broadcaster Radio Mogadishu, was shot dead in the Somali capital Mogadishu, the French news agency AFP reported quoting the victim's colleagues.

The AFP quoted colleagues of the female presenter and producer at Radio Mogadishu, as saying that she was gunned down near a university in Hodon district of Mogadishu by unidentified gunmen who then fled afterwards.
