The correspondent of Globo TV in San Pedro of Sula was kidnapped on 24 June as he was driving near the Olympic stadium. A few hours later, his truck was found in a sugar plantation located in the Villanueva Balsam. The journalist’s lifeless body was also found on 10 July dumped in a lagoon.
