The French photojournalist died from injuries suffered while working in Syria, the office of French President Francois Hollande said.

Voisin sustained a head wound and later died at a hospital in Turkey, French officials said in a written statement. He was reportedly wounded in an explosion. At the time of the incident, the photographer was embedded with a Syrian opposition group, according to media reports. Source: CNN
