Holding the Line: A Report into Impunity, Journalist Safety and Working Conditions launched on the eve of November 23, the day we remember the 10th year since the Ampatuan Massacre. On November 23, 2009, 58 people, including 32 journalists, were shot and killed in Maguindanao, the province on the southern island of Mindanao. This was the greatest massacre of journalists in history.
